IT’S VERY EASY!
1.- Users report incidences. Anyone can do it from qiip app, ready to download from Google Play or Apple Store.
2.- An administrator or a maintenance responsible visualize these requests on the Control Panel and verifies and validates them. This is how an incidences becomes a Work Order.
3.- Each Work Order can be divided into smaller parts or TASKS. In order to distribute to each worker a different task or assignment. You can add as many as you need but you will need to create, at least, one task to be able to assign a worker to that Work Order. The administrator or person in charge of maintenance is the one who will ASSIGN workers, managers, resources, etc. to a task.
4.- Workers can see all the tasks that have been assigned to them and can indicate whether they have started, paused or finished it.
Finally, there is a second way to create work orders. It is the automatic publication of scheduled maintenance that has been created with a certain due-date or periodicity. We are talking about adjustments, cleaning, measurements, visual inspections...
Just one more thing. Each Incident and Task has an associated CHAT to make comments, exchange photos, videos, documents... This communication is only possible between reporting users and administrators or maintenance managers and workers. Workers will never be able to chat with those who have reported the incidence.
